| With 98 load pushing them down the 1% grade, this B-36 local crew has this 650-746 loaded ethanol train rolling east towards the next crew change at Marquette. The crew is setup 2x1 in DP configuration to get the train over the 1.4% grade of Calmar Hill. Once over Calmar the FXE unit will be setout and the train will continue towards Chicago for interchange in 1x1 setup. The train is seen here rolling thru Lawler, only couple miles from the originating plant seen in the horizon. Fire damage to some of the grain bins here at Lawler are still evident many years after a fire burn down the wooden structures. |
