It's almost Midday in Chattanooga, and one of the busiest railroad hub in east Tennessee is living up to it's name for the moment. NS 202 (Rossville,TN-Rutherford,PA) is rolling pass the East End Avenue crew change point (MP-3371) in the Chattanooga Terminal. CT-Dispatcher has the intermodal train lined for the crew change point at Webb only 3 rail-miles into the terminal. Meantime the talk of the railfan community is NS 201 which is sitting tied down at the crew change point here at East-End with the Erie Commemorate Unit assigned as the lead motor of the train westbound counterpart train that is heading for Rossville, TN. It was going to be in the ladder part of the afternoon hours before the westbound intermodal could depart, so for the mean time this nasty looking unit can soak up the Tennessee sun.
