An excursion sponsored by the Baltimore Chapter, NRHS makes a station stop at Harpers Ferry, West Virginia on its return from Martinsburg to Baltimore. Seaboard System F-units 118 and 116 lead the train across the Potomac River from West Virginia to Maryland. The photo was taken from Louden Heights, Virginia.
