Having just emerged from the eastern portal of the short tunnel under W Mt Royal Ave, Q438-19 is east on the single main, Baltimore Terminal Subdivision, as it passes the MTA Light Rail University of Baltimore/Mt Royal station above to the left. Just to the left of the train is Mt Royal siding, which runs from Mt Royal to Huntingdon Ave.
