Yet another detour
Despite the blockades on the Kingston Sub being lifted CN is still running detours the long way around. Pure speculation on my part but my thinking is there's so much leftover congestion between Toronto and Montreal to get cleared up and these continuing detours are bound to and from Halifax so they're bypassing the more direct route through Montreal altogether until things ease up a bit:
