Remarks & Notes 
A loaded sand train, bound for Ft. Collins, has stalled on the hill in Westminster. Fortunately, the Denver Road Foreman was able to drive out and check the DP motors (shown here) and learn that the motor were in dynamic brake mode only. This result in those motors not producing any horsepower. Once they were put online, the train was able to get going.
