The International View. WEBX 800007, the former New York Central "Babbling Brook" (obs/sleeper/lounge) held the markers on the Amtrak Maple Leaf (Train 63) on August 28, 2018. Looking out the back window is always a great view, but is even more special when one can look at two countries at the same time. Amtrak assumed responsibility for the maintenance of the rails on the Whirlpool Bridge in 2012 from Canadian National, as for many years the "Maple Leaf" has been the only train that uses this span.
