I use the term "Z" loosely, cause of the "7" on the symbol...but a somewhat hot Z-train rolls along the Mississippi River on the Aurora Sub between Lynxville and Ferryville. Seems the BNSF, as is all railroads, wants to do whatever it takes not to spend money on moving traffic. The BNSF has seemed to reclassed their Z-trains to where nothing is truly hot unless its a "8 or 9" symbol. I even seen a ZLACWSP"7" couple weeks ago get hammered on Marceline Sub for hours. Sad times for the railroads as the idea of "railroading" is getting less and less. |
