Conrail Shared Assets PN8, led by NS SD70ACe 1173, pulls it's train of stacks down one track while the New York Container Terminal crew with leased M&E MP15DC 2354 waits in the clear on another track at Conrail's Arlington Yard in Staten Island, NY. Morristown & Erie Railway's EMD MP15DC #2354, which is a former NS locomotive, is on loan while the company's "Genset" locomotive; CLCX #2058 receives some needed prime mover repairs at the M&E's shop in New Jersey.
