Raymond Kenny who served as and was the incumbent Senior Vice President and General Manager of rail operations for NJ TRANSIT, died today, April 18, 2020. He was instrumental in the heritage unit program, one example of which was the Pennsylvania Railroad tribute unit 4636 (ALP46A), seen here crossing Portal Bridge leading train 6631 on January 8, 2020.
