| Inbound and outbound Metra commuter trains meet at 16th Street Tower on the Rock Island District during a Friday afternoon rush. Both trains are powered by MP36PH-3S locomotives, with 416 sporting the latest iteration of paint schemes that includes an all black roof. The Chicago skyline stands proudly in the background of this classic location. |
