Mass Coastal Railroad GP9u 2007 rolls above Hoxie Pond in East Sandwich, MA on its way to Rochester, MA. Ahead of the usual trash cars, are 4 MassDOT ballast hoppers which have been making the rounds on the cape lately for some maintenance related projects.
