UP 1111's First Coast Trip. Having just joined the Pacific Ocean for the first time, UP 1111, adorned in a special paint scheme honoring the employees of the railroad, belches smoke as the engineer notches up the SD70ACe as it leads a nine car engineering special north for San Luis Obispo. This train originated in Las Vegas, Nevada, early in the morning, offering a stark contrast of the scenery available throughout Southern California that one train can see in a day.
See beautiful diesel locomotives in UP's traditional armour yellow livery and special commemorative paint schemes pulling long trains of yellows cars reminiscent of the days when UP domeliners seemed to go Everywhere West.
