While the former NP mainline through Montana has many scenic spots, none is more overlooked, or undershot than the Billings/Huntley area. Due in large part to inaccessibility, but also for a lack of blue power, this area is rarely shot. Passing by a manifest in the monster siding at Lockwood, grain loads skim along the Yellowstone River, with nothing between the train and the river but a steep drop. There are many channels of the river in this area, as can be seen.
