| Westbound hotshot #199 is crawling thru Medary as they make their way behind Amtrak #7 into LaCrosse. The Empire Builder blew past this guy at Bangor but PTC issues would stop Amtrak for a bit letting 199 catch back up. The train is running 1x1 Dp'd with a mid-train unit. The trail is the background is a rail trail built on old Chicago and Northwestern mainline and is part of the LaCrosse River Trail between Sparta and LaCrosse. |
