"Guess Who's Back"
NJ Transit F40PH-2CATs 4119 and 4120 lead westbound train #1171 by WC Tower in Waldwick, NJ on September 1, 2020. The two units are being tested for a return to revenue service after a six year hiatus of being assigned to non-revenue work engines, and were placed on train 1171 for their shakedown run.
