Metrolink train 606 (Los Angeles to Oceanside) rolls into the Fullerton Transportation Center under a gloaming sky on the last day of September. Metrolink F125 932 is one of forty on Metrolink’s roster. EMD’s F125 is, thus far, unique to Metrolink, which is too bad as they are more attractive than Siemens’ SC-44 "Charger" that is found on so many other carriers’ trains. Now that Metrolink has purged all their original F59PHs and later F59PHIs, their roster consists of MP36PH-3Cs and F125s – and the F125s are much better looking than the MPI units. A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
