Sunrise Semaphores. Former ATSF 2-6-2 1024 (Burnham, Williams & Co., 1901) worked the area for for the ATSF for over 50 years. After retirement, it was donated to the City of La Junta, Colorado. On the morning of Wednesday, September 2, 2020, the sun is just beginning to come up as the scene evokes memories of another time in railroading.
