NE Tower or NO&NE Interlocking, depending on which railroad you ask, is the crossing of NS & CSX lines out of New Orleans, just a few miles after they split. The tower, like many other structures in town, is colorfully decorated by local artists. 40Z is bound for the south side, Cargill's giant elevator on the UP in Westego, LA.
