The Widmer Rail Services (WRS) has been active in timber transport to Swiss Krono company in Menznau for some time. This train 69250 is hauled by the locomotives Re 430 # 111 and # 115 and runs from Rothrist freight station via Langenthal-Huttwil to Menznau West, with 5 loaded double wagons of type Sggmrrs of Innofreight. The multifunctional wagons, here in the variant "RWP-WoodSweden", were loaded at Vallorbe in the Jura and the train ran via Morges (hairpin) -Lausanne-Fribourg-Bern to Rothrist GB (hairpin). Between Vallorbe and Rothrist, the diesel shunter Tm 232 # 530 of the WRS was in the train too, to switch the cars in Vallorbe. The Re 430 # 111 was built in 1969 as Re 4/4 III # 111 for the Emmental-Burgdorf-Thun Bahn (EBT,) the Re 430 # 115 as Re 4/4 III # 181 in 1983 for the Solothurn-Moutier-Bahn (SMB). Both have been owned by WRS since december 2017.
