There are places on the Shafter Subdivision that require climbing and sweeping curves. This is not one of them. As they come through Delle, it's a 70 mile per hour. In fact the whole 34 mile run between Smelter is 70 miles an hour. The only saving grace is, it is parallel by 80 mile an hour I-80. I was able to make this shot at Delle, but didn't make it by much.
