Here MSE train 51 can be seen slowly making their way north through Moss Point, MS on their way back from the CSX interchange in Pascagoula. They have a 38-car northbound today, including 28 loaded rock hoppers for Vulcan in Lucedale and 10 tanks for CN L543 to pick up from Evanston. They usually only have two motors working the 50/51 turn, but when they have rock loads they often use three motors.
This is a very interesting 1,300 ft portion of trackage paralleling Railroad St in Moss Point with parts of the line going through resident's front yards and a small tree canopy. Makes for a nice angle to shoot!
