Albany-Renssealer In Transition. Amtrak P32AC-DM 712 was painted in Phase IV when it was getting set to depart on May 24, 2000. The main station was under construction with a sign stating "Opening 2001". A variety of equipment, including heritage cars in Phase III and AmFleet Is sit at the low level platforms. In recent years, the P32s have ironically been painted Phase III, while high level platforms have been built.
