| "Cranes & Cubes"
A Long Island Rail Road work train reverses down the out of service area on Main Line 3 in New Hyde Park shortly after the crews loaded a removed switch panel onto a flatcar.
During the month of September 2021, the LIRR Track Department removed the original crossover switches to "Nassau 1" within Nassau Interlocking. With the opening of the new Nassau 1, these switches have been deemed unnecessary.
