50 years of magic and happiness! Walt Disney World opened in 1971, and 50 years later still going strong in 2021, and is only getting better. Disney’s Monorail System was opened in 1971 with the park also, and have been using the same designed Bombardier Mark VI Monorail’s since the 1980s. There is about an hour of daylight left while the sun starts to lower below the horizon as Monorail Pink does it’s loop around Epcot passing some very vibrant bushes as it carries a bunch of happy vacationers and tourists on board before dropping them off at the Epcot station at the park entrance for an evening of fun as. Spaceship Earth or as some call it, “The Epcot Golf Ball” can be seen off in the background. Happy 50th Anniversary, Disney!
