IC 1022 and 1029 lead L537 around the curve on the approach to 18th Street. Splitting the 16th Street signals, the train slowly makes its way by Ping Tom Park. A few years ago, the second main here was taken out from Cermak through 16th, rendering the area a single track main. With ties lined up, perhaps something is in the works?
