| I've lived here for over 15 years and never seen this occur. With yard congestion in Dothan, Thomasville, and Waycross, CSX decided to park of majority of this train in Climax siding leaving the power and a few cars in Cairo siding. This train sat in Cairo for five days before CSX was able to move it down the line. |
