Remarks & Notes
The KWB Mining company of Konin, Poland operates the last private electric railway in the country running the elderly EL2 'Crocodile' locomotives built by LEW of Berlin between 1952 and 1988. The railway feeds lignite from three strip mines to the P?tnów power station north of Konin. This is perhaps the most scenic spot on the route where the railway crosses the shore of Liche?skie Lake near Wygoda.
