| Former Chicago, Burlington & Quincy EMD GP30 #959 basks in the setting afternoon sun in front of the Teague Depot (National Register of Historic Places and Texas State Antiquities Landmark). The depot was built in 1907 by the Trinity & Brazos Valley Railway and then served the Burlington-Rock Island Railroad from 1930 until 1968 when the railroads offices were moved. The B-RI Museum opened the same year, and the structure and property sold to the City of Teague in 1979. The well run Museum is still present.
