KCS frac-sand loads heading to the Texas Pacifico RR in West Texas are a few miles from arriving at Wylie yard for a crew change. KCS will deliver this train to Saginaw TX to the FWWR RR and then will be interchange with TXPF RR in Brownwood TX.
