Railcars ABe 4/4 ("TW II") # 47 and # 46 of the Rhaetian Railway in multiple control, in service for the infrastructure nowadays and not for passenger trains anymore, are pulling the Kirow crane KRC 458-S2 of the Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group, including the material car Xbk-v # 7712 with a total weight of about 120 ton, from Pontresina over the Bernina pass to Le Prese Incrocio (Cantoniera). The train is on the 7.0 % grade on the Alp da Buond Sur between Bernina Lagalb and Ospizio Bernina. The KIROW crane was built in 2001 and has interchangeable bogies for usage on standard or 1-meter gauge.
