For all of its active life as a station and interlocking tower, the Clare Depot sat in the wye between Ann Arbor and C&O mains. Today, it has been moved down the C&O a ways and further from the track...but it also houses an excellent museum with accompanying cabooses. In any case, 393 is no stranger, having passed this depot no matter the location for nearly 60 years now.
