A unit train full of sand, which originated in Eola, Illinois, holds the BNSF Railway's Akron Sub's mainline at East Wiggins. BNSF Dash 9-44CWs 963 and 4060 are up front, and ES44C4 7982 and ES44AC 6270 are the rear Distributed Power Units. This train's destination is Fort Morgan, just 63 miles to the west on the Brush Sub, and then 74 more miles northward on the Front Range Sub. (Wiggins, Colorado – July 12, 2022)
