The opening of the Third Track project was completed, from Floral Park to Hicksville, on Monday October 3rd. Highlights of the project include 9.8 miles of new track, eight grade crossings eliminated, seven bridges raised, and five modernized stations with twelve car platforms. RS 40 with MP15AC 159, PR20B 300 and 15 cars are passing over the Post Avenue Bridge on Thursday October 6, 2022.
