Since 2017/2018, with an interruption during the Corona pandemic, après-ski cars have been running on the Oberalp Pass railroad line of the Matterhorn-Gotthard Railway between Andermatt and Disentis on certain regional trains. Here, regional train R 836, hauled by HGe 4/4 II # 3 "DOM", former Brig-Visp-Zermatt Railway (BVZ), is en route between the Oberalp Pass and Tschamut-Selva with bar car Bp # 4028. The car had been built by Breda and SIG in 1993 for the Furka-Oberalp-Bahn (FO) as a second class panorama car for the Glacier Express trains and was converted into a bar car in 2017 on the initiative of Egyptian investor Samih Sawiris to promote the new Andermatt-Sedrun ski area. The exterior design was done by Patrick Wehrli and Alex Hohl with the spray can. Second rebuilt bar car in blue is Bp # 4027.
