Outbound in the Street.
New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R32 car no. 3682 (Budd, 1964-1965) is on the end of a string of 12 cars being moved off Transit property on the morning of January 12, 2023. NYNJ Rail will take these cars down 1st Avenue to the 65th St Yard, where they will be loaded onto flat cars, floated across New York Harbor, and shipped via CSX to the scrapper in Ohio.
