Open Cars.
Montreal Tramways Co. open observation car no. 4 (MT Youville Shops, 1924) and Fair Haven & Westville Railroad Co. no. 355 (J. G. Brill Co., 1902) are seen at Hancock Siding at the Connecticut Trolley Museum, posed for a photoshoot. These two cars are both variations of "open cars," or trolley cars that are open-air for use in warm weather. As the photoshoot was in January, the ride on either car was a bit colder than usual!
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
