Eastbound Norfolk Southern train U40 rolls under the signal bridge at control point Watkins just west of Gate City, Virginia. the train is headed for Frisco, Tennessee with 37 cars of coal. The coal is destined for Eastman Chemical in Kingsport, Tennessee.
