Remarks & Notes |
Shunting maneuver in Chamby Museum by the tiny diesel tractor Tm 2/2 # 1 of the Blonay-Chamby Railroad Museum with 16 kW and maximum speed of 7 km/h. The vehicle was built in 1930 by Orenstein and Koppel in Berlin and was used until 1941 in the construction of the Lac-de-Dix dam in Valais. In 1950 it came to the Rieder lumber mill in St.Stephan im Simmental. Sold to the MOB (Montreux Oberland Bernois) in 1979 and parked in 1995. In 2006 taken over by the Blonay-Chamby and refurbished in the following years, since 2017 in this green livery. |
