A former Reading/Delaware & Hudson GP39-2 leads Norlina Sub local L617 over the NS diamond at Edgeton, north of downtown Raleigh. CSXT 4313 was built in 12/74 as RDG 3407, and ended up on the D&H before being acquired by CSX in the early 90's. This is part of the old Seaboard line to Petersburg, VA, which NC and VA plan to rebuild and upgrade into a high speed passenger main.
