| Beautiful small steamlocomotive E 3/3 # 853 of the Dampfbahn Bern (DBB) in Sumiswald-Grünen, on the occasion of the Huttwiler steam days. The 0-6-0 T was built in 1890 by the SLM Winterthur for the Jura-Simplon Railway (JS). In 1902 taken over by the new SBB as E 3/3 # 8573. In 1911 bought by the Régional du Val de Travers (RVT). From 1928 in service for the von Roll'sche Eisenwerke with # 10. In 1973 given to the DBB and operational from 1983 to 2009. Revised another time in 2021 for operation on the Sumiswald-Wasen im Emmental line of the Emmentalbahn. |
