CSX train I125 rolls through Roanoke with a clear signal, but before even half of the train has passed, a MoW worker radios the crew and informs them that a car oN their train wheels were smoking bad. After communication between the crew, dispatcher, and MoW worker, the culprit was stuck brakes. The nice MoW employee fixed them without the conductor having to leave the engine.
