| It's a rainy October day in Middlebury, Vermont as the AAPRCO special heads south down the VTR Northern Subdivision after an overnight stay in Burlington. A VTR GP38-3 leads two Amtrak P42's as the train emerges from the tunnel underneath downtown Middlebury and rolls along the bank of Otter Creek. |
