My great, great uncle Robert F. McKee, Sr., was a design engineer at Baldwin and he would give my father different Baldwin Locomotive Works builder's cards when my father would visit him in Collingswood, New Jersey. This 4-8-4, number 2910, was built for the Wabash Railway. According to the specifications listed on the back of the builder's card, the engine and tender had a total weight of 755,800 lbs., and a tractive force of 70,730 lbs. This Baldwin Locomotive Works builders photo card is from the John R. Doughty collection.
