Despite the most modern means of clearing snow and heating the points, some manual labor remains. Train RE 1617 of the line RE9 from St.Moritz to Tirano with "Allegra" ABe 8/12 # 3512 has arrived at Alp Grüm, while the snow blower Xrot mt # 95404, pushed by diesel locomotive Gmf 234 # 03, takes a short break.
