Flying through Gillham, Arkansas. Making track speed of 50 mph and still technically loafing, CPKC's Canadian Pacific Hudson #2816 "Empress" rounds the sweeping curve at Milepost 422, just outside Gillham, AR, heading for Dequeen, AR, Texarkana, TX, and eventually Shreveport, LA. In the "Final Spike Steam Tour" consist behind her are a pair of Canadian Pacific Heritage F-units, providing braking and extra power for some of the steep grades on this line.
