| With the sun breaking through the clouds just in time, Norfolk Southern unit trash train 11T rolls through Arcadia, Virginia behind an ES44AC and a leased WFRX SD70MAC. A set of veteran N&W CPL signals stand guard here at the Arcadia control point, but their days on the line are likely numbered. |
