Remarks & Notes
The 2nd of 2 daily eastbound trains from Gladstone Yard to New York Penn Station makes its way early in the morning through the swampy area of Gillette, NJ. While the wooden catenary pole replacement had been occurring for the Gladstone Branch on and off for over the past 15 years, a good deal of wooden catenary poles remain on this section of track. On the rear is NJT 4640 (ALP46A).
