| Euro9000 multisystem electro and diesel locomotive 2019 # 308 "Desert Rider" (design by Mathias Oestreich) of the HSL Logistik, rented from the European Loc Pool (ELP) and built by StadlerRail/Valencia/Spain, pulls the 544 meter long sugar beet import train 69489 from the Limmattal shunting yard U group via Zürich Altstetten-Kloten-Winterthur to Islikon (Frauenfeld sugar works), between Winterthur and Oberwinterthur. The train has a gross load of 2408 metric tons, the maximum draw-hook load is 2500 tons. The 120 ton Euro9000 has a tractive power of 500 kN and up to 9000 kW. |
