SCF Lewis and Clark Terminals LLC MP15DC 1001 is assigned to a barge unloading facility on the eastern bank of the Mississippi River. Built by EMD in June 1974 as Pittsburgh & Lake Erie 1577, this locomotive was later sold to Union Pacific – first as UP 1275, then UP 1000, followed by UP 1300 and, finally, UPY 1300.
